Le Carrefour Victorien (1994-1995)

The impact of the "small Victorian house" realised by Le Carrefour Victorien established new criteria for excellence within the construction industry. Indeed, if the uncontested success of these evolutionary houses in the early nineties created an immediate impact, Le Carrefour Victorien was the only project to offer single family dwellings of 16 feet or 18’6" completely detached.

Integrating itself harmoniously with the natural and physical elements of its surroundings, the models offered a flexibility rarely found in the industry. Thanks to the maximisation of the available space, we provided our customers with a playroom, lofts, washrooms/walk-in-closets, lowered ceilings in certain areas, an abundance of windows, functional kitchens and dinettes with a proximity to accesses to the back yard.

Beyond the numbers and the money, Le Carrefour Victorien finds itself among the integrated residential projects which respond to the socio-economic environment, by displaying its own maturity in a project which grow old with beauty.
