Le Carrefour de Coubertin (2001-2002)

Groupe Excel demonstrated a lot of vision when they chose Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, a traditional sector left abandoned by the construction field.

The project which included three phases of small-scale condominiums was located near the Viau metro on Pierre de Coubertin and Hochelaga streets. As three-floor buildings with only six units per building, units measuring from 995 to 1290 square feet were offered with the opportunity of personalizing each one of them.

Carrefour de Coubertin’s success can be explained by Plateau Mont-Royal’s building explosion as well as the presence of indoor garages and/or outdoor parking for each unit.
